AA-1600 Hardware Kit — complete installation hardware for AA Impact doors, doors 12'1" to 16'2" wide (145"-194"), 4 to 8 panels high. Choose your finish color, drum and roller size.
Included (4 panels):
- 2 Canimex cable drums — D400-144 by default
- 1 pair end bearing plates 3 3/8"
- 2 torsion solid shafts 8'6", 1 coupler, 4 shaft keys (1 hollow shaft when D400-96 is selected)
- Spring anchor brackets: 2 LH + 2 RH
- 4 center bearings
- 1 pair bottom brackets, 2 top brackets, 2 locks
- 15 center hinges
- Cut-down hinges #1, #2, #3 (2 each) and end hinges #1, #2, #3 (2 each)
- 4 rollers 7" and 6 rollers 9" — 3" track rollers by default
Each extra panel (5 to 8 panels): adds 2 cut-down hinges and 2 end hinges of the next number (#4, #5, #6, #7), 5 more center hinges and 2 more 9" rollers. 5 panels up to 10' 3" high, 6 panels up to 12' 3", 7 panels up to 14' 3", 8 panels over 14' 3".
Drum options:
D400-96 — doors up to 530 lb, up to 8' high
D400-144 — doors 530-750 lb, up to 12' high
D525-216 — doors 750-1,500 lb, up to 18' high
Doors 500 lb and heavier use 2 solid shafts with a coupler; lighter doors use a hollow shaft.
Roller options: 3" track rollers (default) or 2" track rollers — match your track size.
